Terms
Simple rules for working together.
These terms cover complete website design-and-build projects.
What is included
- Each project covers the pages, features, design, build, launch work, dates, and payment schedule agreed in writing.
- Extra pages, integrations, copy, maintenance, or later changes are quoted separately.
- The full price is agreed before work begins.
What you send me
- It is up to you to send the right links, material, access, goals, and anything else I should know.
- Do not send me your customers' private details or passwords unless the job needs them and we have agreed how to send them safely.
- If things arrive late, the finish date moves too.
What you get
- A working website built to the scope we agree, along with the launch material named in that scope.
- I cannot promise a website will make you money. Your audience, offer, timing, and market all matter too.
- I may say no to work that is outside what I offer, or that is risky for no good reason.
